||Sylvia Admans, Chief Executive Officer
Sylvia joined the Ross Trust as CEO in 2011. She has lead a transformative process founded on organisational strengths that has enhanced the Trust’s capability and reputation, with an emphasis on extending the Trust’s place-based work in Robinvale, Gippsland and Benalla. Sylvia has worked in the philanthropic sector since 1999. Prior to joining the Trust, she spent 10 years as CEO of the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) and before that as Manager, Charitable Services, ANZ Trustees and as an Adviser to Philanthropy Australia. Sylvia was a senior manager with the Australian Public Service for many years. She is a qualified librarian, a graduate of the Australian Rural Leadership Program, a Churchill Fellow and holds a Diploma from the Australia Institute of Company Directors. She is a Director of the Inner North Community Foundation.
