The RE Ross Trust Trustees is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Trustees and Directors of Hillview Quarries. Mr Jon Webster and Ms Prue Digby will replace Ms Eda Ritchie AM and Mr Ian Renard AM, who will retire from their trustee and directorship responsibilities on 30 June 2018, after 21 years and 20 years respectively.
We are pleased to announce that Sarah Hardy has been appointed as our new Chief Executive Officer and will commence in the role in late January 2018. Sarah has spent the last four years as CEO of the Menzies Foundations and held leadership and management positions in the philanthropic and not-for-profit sectors for 28 years.
The Ross Trust welcomes Jeremy Kirkwood as Trustee commencing 1August 2017.Jeremy is a highly respected corporate advisor, Mr Kirkwood has been a principal with Pilot Advisory Group and was previously a Managing Director at Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Austock.
$1 million to return Neds Corner to its natural state
In 2002, The R E Ross Trust partnered with Trust for Nature to purchase Neds Corner, now the state's biggest privately held conservation property, and return it to its natural state after 153 years of pastoral enterprise.
